But in all my hours i have never seen such a unique server that i can see as being the next big server. I have alot of experiance as staff so i know everything there is to know. I am able to take both sides of any story during a sit and i can handle stressful situations when on duty or off duty. I am  able to take sits whenever needed and i am happy to learn and teach other staff members the basics. The least i wish from other staff members is that they are kind and loyal to members and treat all with the same amount of respect. Also to see help being offered to newe members. I strive to reach the goals the best i can and with to see a healthy and populated server near the future.  [color=#c0392b][b]Any recommendations from other staff members?:[/b][/color] N/A [color=#c0392b][size=150][b]Scenarios:[/b][/size][/color] [color=#c0392b][b]Scenario 1.[/b][/color] You get a report that someone RDM’d another user, how would you handle the situation? What steps would take to rectify the situation?: 1. i bring them to a roof (!bring)  2.  Ask both sides of the story and keep the situation calm if they speak over each other and i tell him/her to stop i will use the right procedures (!gag) 3.  Make sure no one had broken the rules prior to the situation to make someone RDM  4. Decide a punishment for the person that broke the rules and return the other (!return)  5. Warn the person accordinly (!warn, Kick) [color=#c0392b][b]Scenario 2.[/b][/color] You see 2 players constantly metagaming, you’ve warned them twice already and they are still doing it, what would you do in this situation?: 1. Bring them to a roof (!bring) 2. Remind them what they have done wrong and make sure they don't talk over me (!gag) 3. Take their side of the story  4. Tell them the rules they had broken  5.
